Hi,
I will like to post my experience with www.mogs.com
Long story short > a lying bunch of scammers.

I sold some wow gold to them a while ago (2-3 years), and I started selling swtor credits/tera gold/gw2 gold on 07/16/2012 .
Those orders were quite small , and the payment was under 50$ . and they paied me after 2-3 weeks. (after tons of email, and live chat sessions.)
Since they were paying a little more than the rest, and they had demand on some server where I couldn’t find any buyers so I kept selling to them.
The payments started to come with a bigger delay.
I received the November and December payments at the end of January , again after harassing them over livechat and email-ing every person from mogs.
On janury I sold currency with a value of 545$ . We’re now on 24th April and I didn’t receive the payment. When I’m asking them on live chat every agent says something diffent. I forgot the agents name (aren’t that many, 2 or 3)
Ex: Agent one : Mark handles the payments. Send him an email with your problem.
Agent 2 : Mandee handles the payments. Email her.
1 week later. Agent one : Mandee handless the payments, and so on. They kept saying that different people are in charge of payments . ( I don’t know what they mean by in charge, since I didn’t get my payment for 4 months now )

I am so sorry about the delay with payments. I am working on the & will be all caught up within the next 2 weeks. Chinese New Year really screwed us up. We weren't able to make deliveries, and many refunds were demanded. I don't want it to seems like I'm giving you excuses (Excuses are like assholes, everybody has one......as I like to say to ppl when they feed me with excuses I don't care to hear), but that's the fact of the matter. I promise you that you will receive your money; we aren't screwing you over. I will try my hardest to get your payment out to you. We appreciate our player sellers so much, and feel horrible about the delayed payments!

I saved the conversations that toke place on their live chat. I have screens with my delivered orders (screens make on their site), since most likely they will delete my account so Iwill loose access to that information.

For the past 2 months they stopped responding to my emails, even if they were lying to me, now they stopped doing that as well. And they are active, but they prefer to ignore my msgs.
I posted a negative review on their facebook page. The messeges got marked as spam within 1 hour of posting.

What do I want?
I Want to find other suppliers in my position. 500$ it’s a small amount , so most likely if I report them to someone I will be ignored as well. But if 10 people or more get involved maybe we will cause them some damage.
I found some articles that a special division of FBI got involved in a 3000$ scam (eve currency, same deal) on a big chinise website.
So if you got scammed by these pricks, the amount doesn’t matter. I can be 10$-100$-1000$ , let’s focus on taking them down.
I’m willing to spend another 500$ (small amount I know, but if every scammed person adds a few bucks we will gather enough to hire a good lawyer and pursuit them in court.)
I will post this review on every forum where I have an account, hoping to gather more people that got scammed by mogs. If 1 person complaints it might be the competition, but what if 10-50 people complaints?

I’m open to sugestions:
1. I plan on reporting them to IRS , since they are an American Company.
By this day they had 405479 orders (according to their supplying site) . And their profit is about 50% when they are paying the customers . 100% if they are scamming us.
Per total it’s a big amount , and I doubt that they paid any taxes for those money. And there isn’t such thing as FREE money.
2. Once I get a few more scammed supplier, I will start compiling all the proof that we have, and I will report mogs to the proper FBI online scam division.
I know that this might be a waste of time, but in the worst case scenario the persons that will read this won’t sell to mogs= they will loose their potential scammed suppliers.
A good scenario, who know, maybe they will go into jail for tax evasion and money laundering .
And a great scenario : they will pay the suppliers, they will close down mogs, and go to jail . (0.01% chance? ) Who knows, maybe the right person sees this and starts investigating them.
