Please Ban this person!

Can someone please ban this scamming nincompoop. I quit runescape and don't play it anymore I randomly got this email and am poed about it. How the hell can he blame me for shit I didn't do. He probably does this to other people too. I checked my paypal and there was no transaction or dispute at all he tries to get you involved and scams. I've been through with enough of these people and know.

Sorry, but that copy paste of an email is really no proof of anything. Also, I have no idea who you are trying to report. Next time, please report a scammer in the appropriate forum (at the bottom of sythe, click "Report a Scammer"), and please use the proper format.
