False TWC

This cannot be real, I have been given a TWC based on some guy who I reported in this post here LittleLocoLittleWaky is a staff of Loco PK/Scammer and owes me half a refund of what the payment was based on what @Tmoe has stated at the end (which I have got nothing so far, not my money or a reply) provided all the required proof.. simply because he just said I ddos'd him when he had nothing else to defense himself with. I asked for proof and then this happened which he obviously did not have and will never have because I never threaten to DDos anyone, we're not 12 year olds here.

I contacted some staff members, I understand they are not free all the time for me. But me as a user have the right to be given a fair stay without rushing solutions and when delivering proof not to be ignored. Staff shouldn't just randomly punish based on someones claims or accusations as these are the rules not just in Sythe but anywhere in the planet, but that's not the case here I'm afraid.
