Moneybookers account locked

I'm 17. My date of birth on Moneybookers is incorrect as you need to be 18 to have an account. It won't let me send money/withdraw unless I prove ID to match the D.O.B/Name on my moneybookers account. which obviously i cannot do

so is my money stuck forever? will i get it? thanks
