My PayPal has been permanently limited

I almost never come here as where I'm living right now they block a shit load of websites and this being one but I really need some insight here since we all do the same.

I've sold a bit more GP than I usually do in a week and a few days ago PayPal limited me asking for some confirmation (what is my business about, provide tracking, invoices, and so on) they also asked me to confirm my proof of address which I did and was done in a hour, but I called up PP and said I couldn't provide invoices, tracking and such because it were sales of a virtual game, they asked me what it was and I just said Runescape.
Later on they asked me why did I get some personal payments from the company I sold GP to and I just said I don't know why, I think they've sent me personal payments for years now and just out of nowhere it's now a problem.

The agent told me that tomorrow (so today) I'd be able to use the funds but a few hours later I received an e-mail saying that my account was permanently limited and I'd be able to withdraw the funds in 180 days which is just impossible.

I'm pretty sure that some of you guys must have had stuff like this, what did you do in this situation and what was the outcome?
I cannot call them in the weekend but @ Monday I'll be sure to give them a call.
The gold site was kind enough to forward me some chat history so hopefully that will help as well.

I also said that in the e-mail I sent to PayPal that the clients gave me virtual gold, and I sold that virtual gold to that company and I did not have any proof that I gave them because I've been selling gold to them for years and never had a problem.

I'll appreciate any opinions you guys have about this and personal experiences from people who had this problem before

You made a mistake saying you received payments as F&F from a company.

You should of just made up some story about how their your clan friends and you sold them GP or something(hence it falls under friends and family).

Paypal tends to hate people who abuse the F&F as they make no money off of you.

Call in and ask to speak to a supervisor, you may have to ask if you can get ur PP back but with friends and family removed/blocked as an option.

Your high risk since its virtual goods and they make no money off you because ur using F&F, bad combo for paypal hence the perm limit.

Normal agents cant reverse perm limits so don't bother wasting ur time with one, just call in get an agent then ask to speak to a supervisor and explain.

Since you already told them you received it from a company don't lie now, just see if they'll unlimit you with your friends and family option revoked.

I doubt they'll even consider it if you don't offer that as a peacemaking gesture they'll just think ull go back and abuse it after ur unlimited.

    GL.

I just double-checked and they've been sending me personal payments for ages now.

I'll try to call and hopefully that will resolve as I had no idea that they were sending me personal payments, I'd prefer to pay the fee than getting my account closed lol

I wonder why the company is untouched though? Sending dozens/hundreds of personal payments per day and PayPal didn't do anything to them yet is making me think a little bit

But yeah, I'll try to call them and tell them I had no idea they've been sending personal payments and that I'll just move on to a different company that will send the payment as goods and services.

    Thanks
