Postal Money Order Question

Have a money order that should be here tomorrow or friday.

Been texting the guy (not from sythe - craigslist even better whooo) and we came to an agreement of 50$ for Megaman Legends 2. He sent the check today, and about an hour later he texts frantically back saying oh no I signed the back of the check etc.



I have never dealt with a postal money order before, so what does this mean? I can't cash it if it has his name on the back right? It has Pay to : filled out in my name on the front.


Is there anyway this can potentially be some sort of a scam, I haven't given out much information besides my name and where I live.
