How to go about selling an account

Ok guys in a few months time im hoping to get in the forces, just in the process of my application and at the moment everything is going good, so im looking to sell my runescape account, and the gp thats on it separate.
So unless i can sell to someone really trusted...
What kind of pictures do i need to confirm that ive sold my account, what information do i need to get together for a really good scam report, because i wouldnt like someone to take there money back and me not having the correct information to get them banned.. Also
Can western union be claimed back?

 

Use a trusted mm or omm, take pics of actual skype/msn chat (no chat logs), have both the middleman and buy confirm there skype and rsn through sythe pm, and take pics of you giving the account details to the buyer and the buyer sending the cash.

 

can people claim there money back via western union?

 

No they can't if you pick it up IRL.
Also when you sell something, a good thing to do is recording it, easier than taking printscreens.
