Artie has been being immature about every instance of owing me money. Originally, he got banned for selling the mask I lent him. Then he held RSU's stock hostage and was fired afterward. The only reason he gave it back is because I made a report against him. Now, after improperly delivering an order, he first assumed responsibility, stating that he broke the procedure and didn't call the person. Now, he's just being difficult to deal with, after we lost the chargeback, and refuses to pay back the damages caused. I also have suspicion of him stealing our membership codes that he had access to, as they were used on the week after he was fired from RSUltimate, but I have no proof of that, other than the fact that he saw them, as did my two other workers who I trust with billions.

Luckily, this happened at the end of July and not a year and a half ago, so I have more than sufficient proof.

Note: Had he note known about the agreement, he would have not worked for RSUltimate, but it has been proven otherwise. I can also get Syed to vouch that he did indeed know about all of this. We don't just hire people and leave them out of the circle. In addition, he wouldn't be able to receive his bonuse(s) without filing for them, which he needed the Codes of Conduct to see how many bonuses he received. He did indeed file for them, however, and was paid.

Contract or not, its clear that whilst working for RSU, Artie knew these guidelines, the chargeback fees should be paid, as agreed.
