I just spent a few hours on this. Not too much to it. I'm still an amateur. C & C please.

Maybe try a little more to blend the bg with the sig and the render with the bg it sticks out way to much and doesnt blend and try and work on the text to.

 

Grah, too pixely on the stripey things. If you're using photoshop, use the brush tool instead of the pencil tool.

 

I like it alot, very nice.

On Topic : I'm sorry but i just hate it. I don't know why i just think its crappy as hell . Don't take this offensively its probably just me

 

^ Don't backseat mod.

The render is a really good choice if used properly can be a great sig. For start when chaning the size of anything ALWAYS hold shift so your picture won't get pixelated. Seeing how you are a novice a popout sig would be a bad start. Choosing to make the sig popout could make or break a sig. My advice is to stick to regular ol' sigs. For your sig i would flip the girl to the right of the sig instead of the right, it easier on the eye (or at least my eye). Try doing some smudging

All you need to do, really, is make the text more visable and fix the pixellation along the stripe things. For me, it ruins the effect.

Anyways you shouldnt start with a popout sig for a novice its alot harder because you dont really know how to make it all flow and look good, like decisive said.
Just practice making normal sigs and eventually try a popout after you know a few ways to make something flow and it will look alot better.
