RuneScape Black Market - Full of Spammers?

I am just here to give some feedback on the black market. I must say, it is full with people bumping and double posting just for more people to buy an account. I find the sad part is that even the more senior members are doing it. Is there any way to stop it? Or must we just keep reporting? Thanks for the help if someone tells me.

 

Spamming isn't the problem with the Black Market... But yeah, there's are alot of 'bumps' and just pointless shit posted there.

 

Well there is plenty of people double posting. But yes, bumps are totally pointless. If we didn't bump, maybe threads wouldn't be lost on other pages and everyone would be able to sell stuff on the Black Markets.

 

Just keep on reporting them, eventually they'll be dealth with.
If not, contact a Moderator on MSN/PM.

You know, where you have to wait 24 hours before bumping otherwise you get banned?

 

Should be a "bump" option then.
The fact of the matter is you really need your post on the first/second page because people tend not to look past those pages. If you really want to sell an account you need it on those pages, or no one will see it, hence people wanting to "bump" it.

To stop the spam, make a "bump" button, to be used every couple of hours or so. It's a simple solution. Don't get why people complain about it, it's the least of black market's worries.

It would be nice if we had a bump button so that you can only bump every 24 hours or so, that's for sure. I support a bump button!

Users are given a warning if they bump a thread. If they continue to do so repeatedly, they are given an infraction.

 

The 'Bump' button would get abused too much, you'd make a new thread and it would go straight to the second page. Just report the post if you see someone bumping their thread or anyone elses.

 

If you can't bump - How do you sell accounts and things?

You should be able to bump and I agree, there should be a time limit

 

If they spam, hit the and report them.

I totally agree. Cos no1 ever looks at page 3 and onwards. I normally dont look beyond page 1. Top few links are the main deals.

 

That made not one bit of sense. Unless you are trying to say no one bumps, that is a lie.

 

without members double posting though they lose their threads within a day or so... this is because of the members who post new threads...


personally i think that BUMPING should be allowed in the markets but NOT posting multiple threads... like we could enable the bump function with say a 1 bump per 12 hour limit or something.
