Placing an object? No tuts avalable. Need help

I need a guide for placing an object in a specified place. If i were to place the object:
2345,5644 how would i place the object in the right direction and in that exact spot, need help.

You mean like adding a statue or something of the sort?

First find

 makeglobalobject

Then you're going to want to use this format

 makeGlobalObject( x coordinate, y coordinate, objectid, waytoface, 10); // objectname
