Real life money scammers

If i give somebody a members pin and they give me account then recover its agaisnt the law right? and does anyone know the site where you report it if you dont have proof?

 

It would be against jagex rules to even trade the account for a pin

 

Rofl, it's not againt the law because you didn't involve real life money. As you just said it was a members pin and not direct cash. If this guy scammed you report it in the "Report a Scammer" section. Remember to post proof. Read threads posted by mods to help you know what to say and what to show. Chances are you will not get your membership pin back, but at least you can try and get him banned and be safe in the knowledge that you've helped take one of the many scammers of Sythe out of action

 

No i meen thier is a website called somthing simular to report real life money scams called www.io3.gov or something i want to know if it was a real life trade and whats the website

Selling something your not supposed to sell is against the law in the first place. Don't bother getting "the law" involved.

Also; they really wouldn't give two shits about a $8 PIN.

 

Well said... just forget about it, you got scammed, learn from it and move on. We've all had to do it at some point.
