    It's a staking trick. When someone tries to look you up they will look up your main by accident and think your a noob when really your stats are 99's :p. (At least this is what I think it's for).

    It's pretty common to see someone do this on a 99 magic, 99 defense, 99 hitpoints account, as that's like level 96. Then get like 30 prayer levels and change the name. ;)
