    story: kid refuses to go first, after i get him cape, he claims his payment is pending becuz its funded by american express... payment still doesnt come through the next day...blames it on 4th of july, then trys to offer me $100 by mail to do a cape for his friend, i would be so dissappointed if this isnt enough proof to ban him

    any1 ever hear of a paypal payment pending for a day? so much bs, any payment sent will at least show up in my pp even if its echeck and takes days to clear
