buying ranger

Hellow,
I am looking for a touch staker and or a pker.


I mostly want it to be a member if its good.
It doesnt have to be its just a choice.


I would like a tank ranger or just a pure ranger, NO 2h Rangers!

stats that would be nice:

attac-1
str-1
def-40 or higher
prayer-no higher than 52
range-60-80
mage-1-25 (no higher than 45)
