Prayer double xp question

If I use dragon bones on a guilded alter will the xp I get from that double during double exp weekend? I heard that the xp does not double if you are already getting higher than normal the amount.

 

I would believe it would double, because it is said to double the exp of
whatever you do. Whoever told you this must be misinformed from my
perspective.

 

No, the xp boost from gilded altar is not boosted again by the overall xp mod during the xp weekend.

You still get bonus xp for burying bones normally though.

 

Determine is correct, if it has already somehow given a boost to the exp, it will not be stacked with the bonus weekend.

This includes brawlers etc

 

Guilded altar doesnt stack on top of double xp.

 

None of xp bonuses work at 2x weekend.

just so you know these don't wok during bonus xp weekend:

gilded altar
brawling gloves
goldsmith gauntlets
soul wars zeal
pest control zeal
sq'irk juice
sacred clay equipment
morphic clay tools
volatile clay tools

 

for prayer, you will get double xp for "burying" the bones. however you will not receive extra xp for using an alter due to the fact that you are already receiving extra xp. for summoning you will be receiving 1.1 times the normal xp for whatever you are doing. example.. if you are planning on making a pheonix pouch which gives you 301.5 xp per pouch, you will be getting 331.65 xp instead.
