The white on the cape looks bad, just my opinion.

 

Thats terrible that like, It really looks bad man is there anymore capes avaiable other than this one?

 

Wth is that... Is that a clan logo or something?

 

If it only had one Phat it'd kinda look like the herb cape from far away.

 

Horrible design to be honest. Put something else besides a second partyhat.

 

tbh there isnt too many designs you can have that look good.

 

The party hats sort of look like the herb off of the Herblore cape, but looks good. ^^

 

Why'd you do it at such a weird angle? It'd be easier to see and probably a lot cooler looking from a straight on view of it.

The new update Jagex released, they're clan capes.

 

See that red thing? Thats my dragon defender, When I logged on I didnt know what these are ^_^ So i just took a picture of a guy wearing it..

It's not made by Jagex, it was made by that players clan.

 

clan capes look very similar to guild tabards in world of warcraft.
Just another worthless update that cators to a minority of noobs that feel the game needs to be more involved with players being in 'clans' and looking the same as their clan mates.
