He continued to try convince me to buy gold when I said several times that I didn't want to.

After already sending him $150 with a $20 sending fee over Western Union I put trust in him to hold onto the yellow partyhat which he later said that he sold because Nate told him that yellow partyhats were crashing, He then tried to convince me into spending another $100 to buy a red or white partyhat which would be "just for me". I told him multiple times that i didn't plan on paying anymore than $150 and before he made this offer we also accepted a deal of $190 for the yellow partyhat.

If i do not receive my money By tommorow morning which he said before logging out of msn straight away I will be reporting this to the authorities and I will be taking strong action against fraud.
I have emails and conversations to prove this.

This is possible the worst mistake I've made in my entire life and I strongly recommend you do not make any trades with ClassicPker.

Aww man you should use OMM or MM next time, and put pictures in report scamer section and they will ban him

 

The conversation logs/chat logs printscreen them and post them. Unfortunantly sythe dont accept copy and pasted logs like this. But if you were to show the logs it will be effective. Click on his msn and open the chat and then at the top of where the writing is it shows "view conversation history" then printscreen that incase you dont have chat log opened.

 

Thats an impostor.

I suggest you thoroughly research a person before trading and I believe you cannot report fraud against virtual items as they are not physical.
