How they scammed: He made the post and stated terms. So we tied as seen above if you check the posts. Now on Discord https://puu.sh/yzuQW/1c88d37505.jpg as seen here you see me saying reroll and ill post it (since we tied). He clearly is agreeing by saying "k" . I then post saying "rr" for reroll (obviously) and roll 3 times again https://www.sythe.org/posts/28458030/ . He agrees to rerolling yet has not done so because he saw my rolls. Has been ignoring me since and has not contacted me. Basically even though he agreed to reroll, he saw my rolls and wants to abuse the current sythe dicing rules from almost a year ago and refuse to roll. Discord/skype is used in almost every dice bet. So many people use discord/skype to state terms and adjust bets. Right before this dice is a pure example of that. This happens all the time and multiple people do it. Even mods say if its agreed by the people betting its ok. He was fine doing it then. But in this case he decides to be a prick and abuse the rules and not roll. This is absurd. He has done something similar to this before where he rolled bad and tried making an excuse to create a reroll until I had @King say it was valid. He is very sketchy and should not be allowed to dice if he is pulling this type of sketchy behavior. terms were stated and we rolled. A reroll was agreed which to anyone who dices knows its clear that it means same conditions. Hes a donor and dices regularly and the fact he is agreeing to something then trying to abuse sythe rules to get out of it is ridiculous.

@Chloe We did the original bet, we tied. He said "i'll type it". I said K under the impression that he was going to make a post offering a reroll as that is the norm and as stated in the rules. I was still thinking about if I wanted to call or not. I never said I agreed to a reroll any any point.

zero confusion. it was clear based on what was said. and the intention was very clear. he saw the rolls and THEN decided to not roll. either way he should not be dicing acting like that.

 

I'm playing a game of League(League of legends) I'm hitting Alt+Tab to check and I saw was "i'll type it" being the terms, which I would then time to decide if I wanted to or not. I NEVER said I agreed to a reroll at any point

 

If you didn't read the rules properly but still agreed to it you still need to honour what you agreed to.

does not mean a re-roll isnt allowed. that means u can refuse to roll again (which you did not, you agreed to do it)

u made the post originally, the condition and rules were already said. i said reroll u agreed. it doesnt matter who posts first bboth parties will roll regardless. except YOU SAW my roles and decided to change ur mind and be a snake. i guarenttee if i rolled 1 1 1 u would of quoted and rolled. stop bullshitting.
