Pirates input on secnx vs dragondyce report

To summarize the situation here

• Secnx was a host in dragondyce
• He "incentivized" other hosts to scam by letting them hold onto funds over their established limit for various reasons
• Pirate responds saying it makes sense for him to be held liable for these people scamming

I understand secnx might be difficult to work with but a few important points

• He was not an Administrator / Manager within Dragondyce, therefore the ultimate responsibility for things like this should be on dragondyce management
• They chose to continue letting him operate within Dragondyce, despite it not being a partnership they could handle
• The actions of dragondyce management lead directly to people getting scammed

If they are letting people host who scam while holding a few times their max, they probably should have a better vetting process instead of just saying all the blame is on the moronic host they let stay with them.

 

My reason for posting is more so that I believe dragondyce should be facing some sort of action for allowing all of this to happen, and I mentioned Pirates response because him calling them out on it was completely absent. I think what Pirate DID mention (secnx being responsible for repaying any victims) is agreeable.

 

I think the whole thing was a shitshow. It should of been locked while staff were gathering their input on it as it was dragged out WAYYYY too far. If it was that Sexc was a "scammer" then that should have also been nipped as well

 

secnx rightfully shouldve won both those court cases
