Still Banned

The username is Villaan, I had a problem when lending an account out for people to duel, he claimed I'd took his money he put on the account, when I'm a personal beleiver he got cleaned, however after talking we realised I'd made a big mistake by not changing the password from the previous time I lent it out so me, him and a mod agreed that I have to change the way I did it and would pay off the person who "lost" his money 5m a week and I would be unbanned

Its been about 2/3 months since and since agreeing to this he hasn't been online since, I don't know if he got banned and stopped using the e-mail, hacked or what, I made a dispute last month but completely forgot about

I can hold the amount you owe him and you can be unbanned in the meantime.
