Because Steam display names are so easily changed, I don't know if this is enough proof. I also ran an IP match but nothing came up.

Can you find a matching MSN/Skype address or something?

 

Well i got the convo of him saying he is his '' neighbour '' and saying that he '' shared '' the skype with him, and saying it is not my business to ask - if you think this is enough proof i will get the logs, how do i get them on steam? thanks.

 

Hmm, that might be helpful. Anything you got would be helpful, although I think an MSN/Skype match would be a lot more concrete.

I don't know very much about Steam but from what I understand, you can apparently change your display name VERY easily. I'm also not sure if each Steam account has a unique ID/name that helps identify one account from another. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if this is the case then it will be difficult to prove his identity via his Steam activity.
