How Do I Create A Private Server?

ok i just got hamachi, now i need project 16.
iv done this before i just forget the link to project 16, iv looked aroud and nothing much has helped me.

Please post with a link / any help i could use to make a runescape private server using hamachi / project 16 *any fersion newest if possible*

ok i have project 16, but the compiler doesnt work. i dont know what to do it says ;

'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue . . .


then i opened "edit" and this is the script in the compiler;


@echo off
color 0a
title Project16 Compiler
javac *.java
pause

whats it suppost to say?

 

yea it stands exactly same for me, but mines on swedish:

I open COMPILE.BAT... Results: javac is not an internetcommand, extern command, program or commandfile
Press any key to continue...
