Pingy Rat Behavior

Normally I wouldn't have made this report, but was told by a few mods I should so here it is

Which violation you are reporting the user for: Awful Trading Practices, Deceiving Customers, Lying to make himself look good (was told this was grounds for punishment)
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Explanation: So I sold gold via a customer who was buying a Rare RSN from Pingy. The trade goes well and the name gets transferred. The next day I get a PM from my customer saying all his accounts got banned. I explained it does happen rarely. I contact Pingy to ask if his account got banned to see if it was directly due to that in which he replies it didn't and that he has a special method to not get banned and that he never gets banned. This is hilarious to me because unbeknownst to him, I have a foolproof method of checking whether an account is banned or not. His account is indeed banned. Mods can DM me for proof of this as I do not want it completely leaked. He CONTINUES to deny it and even goes as far as sending me a photoshopped image to prove his gold mule isn't banned which is just pathetic rat behavior and in my opinion not ok. If he had just admitted it was him everything would of been alright as these things do happen

This is a false report claim. I never sold an RSN and I never bought an RSN nor did I deal with Bolds supposed customer directly i only dealt with Bold. Bold sold me gold which couldve been his "customer". He said his "customer" got banned idk a few days later after the trade? I said I didn't at the time when asked me? which was days after the trade

Not sure why you're saying to declare my innocence as if theirs a crime here, nobody decieved anybody.

He sold me gold, hes crying he got banned. I said i didn't get banned, not sure what the issue at hand is considering hes crying after he's already sold the gold and got banned days later?

Not sure what u would mean as deception, consdering he pmed me to sell gold. I didn't approach him or anyone, bans are apart of runescape. If u can't handle a ban and feel the need to blame it on others then you probably shouldn't be in this business. Deception would be as an aim to obtain something from a user

Tdlr; Approachs me on discord > sells me gold > days later or 4-5 days later complains about getting banned > somehow blames it on me > asks me if i got banned

but i guess in his report it makes it seem as if it was before the trade occurred that i was "enticing" him to sell me gold. Which isn't the case,



If theoretically somebody did get banned or didn't get banned, everyone knows the risks of RWT. And we don't know if he traded anyone else for him to even blame me for his ban (3days later)

 

i dont know if its banned now, i use thousands of accounts could be, could not be? your asking me to review an account of 2 weeks ago

 

And may I add i don't think it's reasonable having a mod who clearly hates me handle my report.

Would much rather somebody like @Andy or @Sythe or @BlackBlasses handle a report. Not somebody who clearly has an agenda and bias?

 

"Lying to make himself look good" would be the assumption that would have been done PRIOR (BEFORE) a trade. Not after a trade is done

You're digging at nothing and trying to grab hold of whatever there is, people get banned 24/7 if you RWT you understand the risks of gold trading.

I didn't know it's an offence for a customer to get banned days later after a trade and blame it on me?

Then have a mod question my "innocence" 2 weeks after a trade as if I'm meant to keep track of an account?

I stated in my initial report that I understood that bans do happen but that isn't what this report is about at all.

You photoshopping and sending me a fake image to try to make yourself look better is what this report is about. You claiming you aren't banned when you really are and you know it. Its the only behavior we come to expect from you as you've been reported for similar offences before multiple times. You doing that makes it obvious you did it for a reason. You should admit you got caught in a lie instead of deflecting and bringing up chats from 2019 lmfao, man will do anything to snake his way out of accountability. This report would be non existent if you had just told the truth. But instead you had to be a lying rat its that simple
