Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: agreed with the seller i would pay in increments a while ago made the first payment and in the tos it was agreed if i failed to make a payment he would retract the account and keep the already paid funds which is what happened.

Anything else you wish to say: i understand i should of communicated with the seller this was a little while ago i was honestly just embarrassed to admit i couldn't afford it at that specific time, but the seller only gained from the situation receiving the funds and account back.
