It's a scam, he uses a revire compatiblity phone service, w/e country he is in, he hooked it up to one of those sites where you need a certain amount of referrals to win a free item e.g. Ipod, so once he get's like 15 callers, all of whom paid like $10 to make this "free" call or so to speak, the company get's $150 dollars and he get's a cheap $70 ipod or a $110 Ipod, usually tho they're broken, again sccammer don't do this.
