Buying 99 rc account

Heya people looking to buy any account with 99 rc!

I have around 100m to play with so im looking for a few other medium to high stats as well (not including melee combat stats).

There are some things that you will need if I am going to trade you:

- Enough information to allow the account to be recovered without the recoveries or password. This is done by going through lost password and entering in information such as pins, old passwords ect. If this does not work then i will not be buying it off you.

- You must be willing to use an OMM or be happy for me to try and recover the account before i pay you (as i am fairly new i don't think you will go for this one).

- You must fill out the following form.

- Does the account have 99 rc?
- Combat level -
- Total level -
- Total gp on account -
- Are you the orginal owner?
