Pin line info!

Can someone explain to me what they are?

 

its like a phone line that you call through and charge for rs pins instead of your own phone line. usually you dial the number for the pinline, then after some prompting or whatever, it allows you to then dial out. when it lets you dial out, just call the surf******** and it charges them instead of you

 

You also have to take into consideration that is highly illegal.

 

Pinlines are a phone line that you call and can get
as many pins as you wan't without being charged.
Do take into notice that they'r illegal and if you do
get caught it's considered fraud.
