I got banned cause of fake proof [Giddy]

OK, Giddy banned cause some guy accused me of scamming him out of 123M -.-

He posted his so called "proof" on the scammers section here : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1257599

As you can see that is me talking to him on msn, we never agreed on who was going first, i asked him to show me the gold outside of lumby, he did, notice how he says "oops" he logs out and then i tell him I was going to get my paypal ready and then I noticed my paypal was being a bitch.

Notice how he has no screenshots of the trade? if Im giving him my runescape name and its in the conversation the least he couldve done is take a picture of the trade if it really happened according to him -.-

As u can see this isnt enough proof to get me banned, THIS TRADE NEVER HAPPENED! I then logged out and he probably got pissed that i wasted his time and reported me.

There is no proof that the trade actually happened so why am I being punished? :S

"If you want I can send you the money once I get the credit card even if you're not online." So you were saying that you would send the paypal even if he wasn't online, and he could give you the mils later? Seems very unlikely.
