Please can people stop spamming on my application.

About me
Hi, my name is Tom and im 15.
I am currently employed at The Art Cafe in Hale, Manchester, UK.
I first wrote my CV last year, and i was accepted a job despite being under age because of how outstanding it was, you can review it as i have enclosed it below

About my application
I have read other peoples posts, and seen how decorated they are, and elaborate. I object to this, and i have formatted my application in plain text, this is because as you read it, you remember the words, not the color nor the font, you do not find CV's like this, and this is an offical application, so why should people be judged to formatting not content.

Guides
I have already completed 2/5 guides, and in my eyes they are amazing.

Why do i want to join
Educating is a dream of mine, and the ability to be a user educator would be great to further my professional skills, however i also want to be a user educator because i believe i possess something that other do not, and that is the will to achieve, it is not the rep i want, nor the extended permissions, its the knowledge that when i wake up someone out there is looking at my work and coming to a realization and learning something from what i have produced, in total the Guys guide about girls has taken 4 hours to complete, and i am still working on it. This demonstrates my will to achieve, and until i am satisfied that post is going to get bigger and bigger.

Why should you pick me?
I am not going to give a text book example of why i should be chosen, nor am i going to say because i am the best, i know that no one is perfect. However the thing about me is that i try and make people perfect by educating them with the skills to achieve, that is why you should pick me.

I am already completing more guides on writing CV's and underage employment, i hope my skills and yours combine will help expand this sub-forum into something amazing.

You ripped one guide from Heavenlord, even if you used it as an base, You just re-worded his guide, and cut information off. The other guide isn't really "good", because using that guide most defintely means you need help .

Heavenlord, unlike you i am in good communication with modertors and UE leaders, and they said i can write it in that format, you are pathetic and try your hardest to make me seem like an idiot, but it back fires and makes you look like the child.

Well, there is actually very slim chances of you knowing about the lucid dreams/i-doser, so Figuring how your new, you could easily ReWord HeavenLords guide, and you're suppose to make guides about stuff not previously written about... ^_^ I liked your Guys guide to girls though, very detailed.

Well, I'm not going to explain my posts to you seeing how your incompetent. I'm not spamming or flamming his thread, just making an point that it's slightly suspicious how he has the same topic of an guide that was previously created, and If you joined over 3 months ago, than you're inactive. I spend most of my day on Sythe forums, so don't tell me I'm sad and back-seat modding because you're obviously a dumbass, so you gtfo.

How very dare you make a extravagant claim like that, on my application, a PM would have been nice, but to say it to public view is just, pathetic.
I will update it even more if thats what you want, do you want me to colour the title in red, and the oath in green? perhaps put pictures of a hot woman, or change the size to 10, would you like that?
They have requested me to change the format because it is *UNIQUE* not copied, re-read my application, all the comments and weep in guilt.
The *ONLY* bit that is copied and pasted, is the oath with HeavenLord provided for me.
