    I know it has to do with ip, but how exactly it works? Heared something that the last letter supposed to be lowest etc

    The 3rd letter needs to be a multiple of 8 and the last letter should be lower than 20.
    like 192.168.40.0 is probably always gonna get first hit.

    Couldn't be explained any better. With EoC, the PID is set randomly by world login number, but with OSRS it's based on your IP, which is strange tbh. This system of the lower than 20 was never confirmed, but it's a common pattern that has been found.

    Is there a way to specifically get the ip you want or do you have to just keep retrying until you get a good one?
