If a partyhat is dropped on the floor and two players both standing on the square it is dropped click it in the same tick - who gets the partyhat? This depends on your PID which is your queing position. A player with a lower PID will always get the partyhat. You can understand why this is useful in staking - you will always get the first hit.

Following an engine update in about 2010/11 PID became randomly assigned as you logged in - in 2007 scape this was not the case your PID depended on your IP.

This guide will explain what IP address you want for the lowest possible PID.

This guide is not particularly long and really just involves one vital principle. I would release it as a free guide but this information is only valuable when it is kept relatively unknown.

Widely leaked eh? Well my guide adds some things to that but nothing worth paying for particularly. Shame about it being leaked I remember this method only being known by about 50 CW players back in 07 and us all making a pretty penny off it staking. Ah well..
