Scammer - RS Prodigy

I knew this guy was dodgy ever since he was essentially 'buying vouches', by selling 3m max per person. So i wanted to prove my theory. He also negated an OMM when i initially proposed that, as OMM's are not 'trustable' in his eyes.

Offered to sell him 2.8B (2X white phats), via WU at $.64/M, with all fees on him. He Agreeed instantly as i said i would go first.

Note: he sells at $.45/M, and even the highest reputable sellers on this forum sell for less that $.64/M.

This is ban worthy, if not TWC at least or something.

Banned, he can explain himself in a dispute, although $.64/m with WU fees covered is getting close to $.70/m which for 2.8b is absolutely absurd
