[Picasso] is a scammer! Skype: Picasso.gold

I bought 2PBP pins on Picasso. Skype name: Picasso.gold. I went first. I paid the money to Picasso [31M] and he gave me 2PBP codes, what where both Invalid. And after 4days he havestill not paid me that money back . He said that he resold these pins but he as a mediator MUST be responsible for that!

Picasso, can i have my money back?

Do you have any proof the pins were in fact invalid ?

I'm still trying to contact this user over Skype.

Please explain what this is all about.

I just thought his pins are 100% safe and they will work. I was confused and needed pins. Picasso thought that i had already applied his pins and gave his supplier my money, but i did not applied them immediately after the trade.
I understand my mistake now.
