Physically cannot log onto my account.

So I've been away from RS for a few months, tried logging into one of my accounts and it loads some video bullshit, then pops up a window telling me to "register my email" and something about 14 day membership. No way to skip it as far as I'm aware, and when I enter my email (which there is one already registered) none appear in my inbox.

Are you sure you are reading things right? I have a mule with an 'unverified' email and when a video ends there are two options: one is to 'validate' the email for the free trial or whatever, while the 2nd is to just skip over that and just get into the game.

Other than that, I'd just wait for the email to pop up(and check junk like you said, just watch out for the fake emails).

Yes I've read it correct.

A screenshot of what I'm seeing, also the "x" at the top corner just logs me right out. Don't think making a new e-mail will do it I've tried it with 5+ emails.

 

Just wait 24hrs, the same thing happened to me and when I checked it the next day the email was there.

 

Hmm...that's really weird, unless they've put up 'extra security measures' somewhere. When I log in on my mule, it shows this:



If the email you have set doesn't get the email sent to you within a day or 2, you might have to just email them telling them what's going on, I personally don't think that's normal.

Are you able to login to the site/RSOF at least? You should probably post a thread there about it if so.

I meant can you log onto the actual site(without having to worry about the email thing) on the account that's having the problem? Sometimes you can log onto the site itself, even if you can't get ingame. From there you can make a thread on the matter.

 

Yeah I can lol oh well. I'm too lazy to bother just another stupid thing Jagex has implemented into their game. Not even worth playing.

 

I got the same message before on one of my accounts, there is a skip button. Look carefully for it.

 

Have you tried going to the home screen after logging in, then clicking "play game" once you're redirected home?
