photoshop wont open plz help

i have downloaded photoshop and now it keeps telling me to extract ive done that hundreds of times
someone help me plox

Try running as admin I asume you downloaded from a warez site. If running as admin doesnt work try downloading another cracked photoshop. If you bought legit photoshop I would email/call them

Have you actually installed it yet, or it won't open the installer?
