No, you can't buy Sythe accounts.
Your efforts wouldn't even be worthwile, as with people knowing that you bought an account, they wouldn't trust you anymore than they had in the past.
You would be banned nevertheless, as it's stated in Sythe's rules.
It would be classified as sharing an account with another, which is not permitted.
My advise to you, is to not ask this ever again.
