"Flashers" Attempted Scammer for Signature

Briefly explain the trade: He was paying $1 and 2mil for a signature. He wanted me to make the sig, and then send it to him. I asked for him to pay first. He said he would. Then, he said his paypal wasn't working. I said okay. Then, He said he would pay me in 4m RSGP. So i waited for 15 minutes. he said he had more problems. then he logged. I added him on a different MSN account. He said hey. as soon as i asked why he blocked me, he blocked that account.
How they scammed: He attempted to scam my sig that i worked hard to make. asshole. without paying me. It's not that i lost anything. Im just made that i wasted 1 hour of my time working on a sig that he attempted to scam.
