    Why you think they are ban evading: It stems off of the previous scam report, where I successfully got him banned. He then decides to make another account, and again, decides to buy iTunes cards. I posted on his thread* ( http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1051454 ), and he intentionally did not respond back to my post because he knew that I would get him banned again.

    *I added his msn after I posted, so I didn't figure out that it was him right away.

    His MSN(s) are also proof:

    Please note, the exact same names on his MSN's. That would be a mighty big coincidence that another "Anthony Melendez" wants to buy iTunes cards.
