Ben being mod.. [Includes Mod Advice!]

Ben loves his status as a moderator, and would suck dick to keep it. He also wouldn't mind being an admin, so don't give his hopes up, or he'll constantly annoy you. Someone let him know he's doing a good job so far..

Lol... I didn't say I'd be an admin, you said there is no point in being a mod. I stated that there's that reason.

And as for the rest, I was reading some threads and they were saying stuff about logs, and I don't want to feel as though I'm getting behind everyone else, and not doing my share. :| I'm abit over paranoid like that.

Ben, you do need to relax a bit.

As Curt said, you'll probably only be demodded if you do something against the rules, turn grossly inactive, etc.

For the rest, just do what you think. You don't have to ask for advice on every infraction, or count the number of posts you mod. The fact that you got promoted means the staff trust your judgment enough to give you a chance.

So far, you've been doing fine. But, you need to have a little more confidence.

 

I sort of acted the same on my first day of modship (the first incident anyway)

Just have confidence in what you do, the rest of the staff can trust your judgement, if we didn't you wouldn't have been promoted

 

Alright. I'll try to boost my confidence, but I just wasn't sure about like a certain amount of things I should do.

Can't blame kids wanting to succeed.

 

It's partially trying to succeed, but more not trying to fail and let down people who put their trust in me.

 

Ben really was the biggest backseat mod, so it's natural for him to be modding good. He always reported people and always told a mod to look at it, he lurked every forum just to report people. Ben is a great addition.

Leave him alone? What am I doing that's so bad, the logs look better for him as it seems like he's actually trying. What's wrong with posting the logs? I want people to know what he tells me, to know what he feels. I care? What the hell are you talking about, care about what?
