Scammed by PhD

Briefly explain the trade: Suppose to buy a pin 9m. PhD tells me to meet him w7 for payment. I give him the 9m. He says I need to logout for him to apply membership. After that for the next 15-20 minutes I get no response from him while at the same time I ask my friend and I logged in. My friend says yes world 7. I tell my friend to check lumby fountain because thats where I traded him the 9m. My friend says im not there however he finds me in lumby bank - meaning PhD went to bank.

I relogged to find the 1m I had left on the account gone, and the 3k nature runes. Also on his vouch thread, someone else just reported him as a scammer.
