Reporting a Scammer / Shifty behavior

The Person Im New had pictures up of the account in the above link.
People posted that he was a scammer and Im new took his pictures down
And Said Never mind.

NOW, This other fellow is selling the same account so it leads me to believe
"Im New" is trying to scam with a separate account or through a friend
Because the sythe account he re-posted it with is more trusted...
