The only thing that turns me off is the white down in the mid section of the sig. It should be more in towards the focal so it doesn't distract the viewer.

Added new versions. I can't edit the claw thing because I did some apply images.

 

Smudge it out?

I don't like the angled strokes, it's far too obvious, and just the splatter's too common in your style.

Don't splatter/smudge the top part of his hood since that contributes to how the light falls onto his face, since the lighting is coming from above him, and it looks like there's a plain black part on his head without the hood (the object the light's falling on).

Depth's still not very good, though the flow's much better in this one.

Text is slightly too attention gathering in my opinion, though that's probably my style leaking in to my criticism.
