Is 07 RWT safer than EOC RWT atm?

I know that recently there has been quite a few Automated RWT related bans on Runescape happening to alot of buyers/sellers among the Sythe community. It seem's that along with the trading changes that came around 1 month ago, they have also added to their bot detection system, to notice suspicious trades and to ban accordingly.

From my understanding, Giving a gift to a friend is legal, and trading your EOC for 07 Gold is legal and not against RS Rules (I believe Mod Mark confirmed this about 07/eoc gold trading).

So, that brings me to my few questions: First, Are most of the bans happening with EOC trading accounts? or has it been pretty equally spread between 07/EOC accounts getting automatically banned? Have they added the automated system to 07? I wasn't aware that they have, if so.

Also, Has anyone been banned for trading their mule accounts? (all my accounts have each other added for at least 1 year+, so this looks less suspicious)

Has anyone been banned automatically for trading their EOC for 07 gold? or is it still legal? I figured the automated system would tag this behavior.

RS3 <-> 07 transfers are legal, but many swap FC people have been banned because they sell their profits for real money.

As far as I know, 07 RWT is a lot less frequently banned than RS3 RWT.

 

Bans appear to be more common with EoC, just from my experience.

Definitely, they crack down on RS3 more since it's their main game
