Welfare Hype Ban evasion

basically I was banned awhile ago on an account named "Welfare Hype." The reasoning for my ban really had no proof to behind it, but I didn't really care since I stopped using Sythe.

Now that I want to start purchasing runescape services it's kind of a pain to have to keep making accounts every few days in order to buy stuff.

Idk just unbann my account and put a don't buy from badge or something. I really don't care about selling just wanna purchase from some of the higher reputation sellers here.

You can request a pardon here and go through the process like everyone else has to.
