read and unban me please?

ok my sythe username is ' boogiemonsta ' i have been banned due to a guy who sold me the gamertag ' M5Y ' and he had been banned before for a reason which i am unaware of, i tried to sell ' M5Y ' later on and i have been reported as ban evasion, whereas i am a different person and have a bunch of vouches, i got a new vouch just a day before i was banned, i was of great help to the sythe community as i often helped people with problems and queries and have done some great deals with some people. can you please look into this and unban me? ps: the guy who sold me ' M5Y ' lives in the us whereas i live in the uk, his 2 previous sythe usernames were , ' M5Y ' and ' Creamy ' . can someone look into this and unban me? thanks
