i have a question...whenever people send/pay money by paypal he/she recieves a receipt stating that he/she actually sent the payment...am i right?

cause the guy in the thread says that he gave me $50 in my paypal but i have not receive any payment and i am trying to ask him for the receipt to prove that he actually paid me but he is not sending me one and now he is saying that im lying
