Perm Mute On Runescape

[King Pinner 300]

Is there a way to get unmuted if you become permanently muted?

I tried appealing but it was denied :l

Perm mute stays just like a perm ban I believe.

I think you can buy JaGeX coins to allow you to be Un-Perm Muted.

as far as i know you're perm muted forever

[MGK.]

I've been perm banned and it was 6 years ago, still hasn't been lifted.
