Perm Ban RWT

so a few years back i got banned for rwt on my 1 def pure after i used runebet.
its a perm ban and there's no way to appeal.
i know this is probably a long shot but has anyone ever gotten a perm ban account back ?
if so how?

Unlike permanent macroing bans, RWT bans are a bit different. Permanent RWT bans cannot be reversed.
