PERM Ban for no Reason???????

Hallo,

I was long time ago hacked my someone in my class irl. But i got my account back on sythe. But he scammed someone, with my account. so someone looked at that and reported me, then i was TEMP. banned until 06-01-2009. But today i went on my sythe account and i saw i was PERM banned! I was so damn mad, the reason was Hacked/Scamming. But i already got my account back? So i am not the hacker, i am the owner. You guys ban people too easy, please look good at it. I am at sythe since 2007, and now after 2 years i get perm ban for bad reason. I think it's very very very unfair. In 2 years i made many vouches, many friends, many things for runescape. and now it's all gone JUST BECAUSE someone reported the hacker about hacking me, but i already got it back. The guy who reported me told me: Dude sorry i made a mistake, i thought ur the hacker but you're the owner. I;m really sorry, (we can talk to him - Footballa).

So please look GOOD at it. PERM ban is a too hard punishment in my eyes.
